the role:

As the Temporary Sales Progression Manager it would be a bonus but not essential that you will hold a clean driving licence and own your own vehicle to cover the odd purchaser’s visit to a property.  Fuel allowance for this as well as their hourly rate. However, this role is largely office based.  As the Temporary Sales Progression Manager you would need to know the conveyancing process and have had experience of this either from the legal side in a solicitors / conveyancing company or from the estate agency side.

what we’re looking for:

As the Temporary Sales Progression Manager accuracy, promptness, calmness, ability to work on their own, confidence especially on telephone calls, impeccable telephone manner, ability to prioritise in order for urgency, attention to detail, knowledge of Vebra Alto an advantage or other estate agency system, data entry skills and full training will be given.  Pc literacy and excellent spelling and grammar required.  Daily duties would include liaising between our buyers and vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents. Keeping tabs on ongoing chains and helping to sort out problems when they arise with regards to chasing, survey issues, solicitors not talking to each other or being able to ascertain instructions from clients, dates on chains not lining up. Overseeing exchange and completions and handling key releases, gifts, and purchaser visits.  Monitoring emails and phone calls, diary entries and prioritising these as needed.
