temporary receptionist

An exciting and varied position working within a well-respected firm.


This is an exciting opportunity working with a small team, providing first line reception support.


This position will start on Monday 8th April 2019


Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30


The Position:

Answering incoming telephone calls

Meeting and greeting clients

Co-ordinating the use of interview rooms and waiting area.

Preparation of refreshments for meetings

Opening post in the mornings

Preparing outgoing post

Photocopying and scanning documents

Assisting with other administration duties

Assisting with some overflow typing duties as required

What we’re looking for:

Excellent interpersonal skills

A professional and confident telephone answering manner

Ability to work successfully within a small team in a professional environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Mental agility and attention to detail

Experience in a professional environment would be useful but not essential
