Polkadotfrog is working with a prestigious, well-known, and thriving business in Ipswich. Together, we are seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Working as part of a professional and supportive accounts department, you will be responsible for the purchase ledger function with key duties including inputting the invoices, matching them to PO numbers, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring the invoices are ready for payment. You will also assist with supplier queries and making any urgent supplier payments.
Although this position is initially temporary, there could be a permanent opportunity for the right person.
Candidate requirements –
– Previous experience working in a Purchase Ledger role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
– Great customer service
