A wonderful opportunity to join a thriving client for 3 – 6 months to assist their founder in the smooth running of a large new project. You will act as the right hand person to this busy manager, the general duties are as follows, but this will be an interesting and varied position.
Arranging meetings, phone calls and managing diary
Assisting in the setting up of public events
Attending public meetings an taking notes / action points
Following up action points to ensure deadlines are met
Keeping the internal CRM up to date with activity
Full general and PA support duties
This position is available to start immediately, mainly working from home, but the head office is based in Southwold, so you must be willing to travel there when required. Out of hours duties will sometimes be required i.e. attending meetings, so you need to be flexible around your working times when needed.
