temporary customer service co-ordinator

The Role:

We are recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Co-ordinators/Administrators to join a busy worldwide company to assist in either the administration or customer service departments.  In customer service you will be covering customer service, being the 1st point of call for all queries. There are also roles in administration ensuring all documentation is processed accurately in a timely manner, you will be required to input data into the internal systems and be responsible for resolving invoice queries.

The company has good transport links and free parking onsite. They having standard working hours of 09:00 – 17:30 with an hour lunch.  You will be part of a friendly team in modern offices. This is a stable and varied position with a minimum term of 3 months with an immediate start.  You will be an essential part of the admin team or customer services team and receive a full induction and all the necessary training to help you fulfill the role.  This is a busy and integral position with the possibility of becoming a permanent post for the right candidate.

 

What we’re looking for:

We need a high level of customer service experience this could be from retail/hospitality or an office background.  You be able to work under pressure with good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills over the phone as well as by email.  It is essential the Temporary Customer Service Co-ordinator is a team player with the willingness to help colleagues.  The role also requires good IT skills.
