temporary customer service advisor

A fantastic role has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients busy contact centre. The successful candidate must be proactive and efficient with the confidence to speak to customers in a professional manner.

This role is due to start ASAP, on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working 5 days per week (this will include one Saturday or Sunday each week)

Job Details:

Answering calls and processing orders

Data inputting in to a bespoke system

Dealing with customer queries

Responding to email enquires

 

Experience and skills required:

Highly organised and able to work on own initiative

Efficient and self-motivated

Confident working within a busy environment

Ability to work alongside a team
