the role.

We are looking for a Temporary Business Support Co-ordinator, this role is situated in rural Suffolk. As the Temporary Business Support Co-ordinator, you will be reporting to the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the order management and customers service processes, providing customers with an exceptional level of service by supporting business development and building loyalty to their brand.

  • Enter orders and sample requests onto the system.
  • Provide support and manage documentation requests from the Sales team, with an emphasis on our export market.
  • Order and despatch management including remote warehousing.
  • Customer service including acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

You will need to have a driving licence due to the office being in a rural location. As the Temporary Business Co-ordinator, you will be joining a fun passionate team. Working hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Free parking, pension and a great holiday allowance is included within this fantastic role. This role is temporary for 3 weeks.
