We have an incredible opportunity on behalf of one of our fantastic clients who provide Energy Management Systems across a wide range of commercial clients. They are looking for an office based Technical Support Engineer to join their Ipswich branch.

Your daily duties include:

  • Responding to technical enquiries, via telephone, email, and cloud services.
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Engineers with technical requirements.
  • Monitoring and logging all BMS alarms, supplying monthly performance reports for each client.
  • Managing all client performance, software, and company bureau services.
  • Using your BMS knowledge to modify strategies and graphics.
  • Client meetings and site visits when required.

what we’re looking for.

The ideal candidate will come from a BMS background with strong BMS Software and Graphics knowledge and a great understanding of Control Panel and Mechanical drawings.
