We have an exciting opening in a luxury drinks machine supplier based in Ipswich. They are looking for a Technical Support Advisor to deliver reactive technical advice via telephone, video call and emails to their customers. You will be collaborating with and reporting to all other departments to improve guidance support and efficiency of the equipment.

what we’re looking for.

Ideally, you’ll come from an engineering background specialising in coffee or water machines however if you have electromechanical experience along with great customer service and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you! We need someone proactive and organised with the ability to effectively prioritise.
