We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Professional to join an established team to provide an exceptional customer experience and technical knowledge to your clients both new and existing.

What we’re looking for:
A strong communicator who can uphold relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. The ability to qualify sales enquiries and follow up genuine enquiries to completion. Someone who is able to handle technical requests and generate quotes, pro-formers and orders. Identify threats to the business and discuss these with the sales manager along with identifying opportunities to tender for new work and creating regional sales plans along with the Sales Manager.
You will achieve and maintain the highest level of product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and the best service possible.
There will of course some administration work that comes along with the role which needs to carried out to a high standard including management of the company CRM system.
This is a varied and interesting position with responsibility and the need for technical ‘know how’ to assist clients in the best way possible.
