the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised Technical Co-ordinator to join a forward-thinking company who has their eyes on the future. You will be joining an important section of the business, and you will never find a dull moment in this fast-paced environment! The focus of this role will be progressing installation and remedial opportunities within the business, and you will be reporting the Boiler Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Take information from on-site engineers to raise quotes for new boilers
  • Gathering prices from suppliers, preparing, and issuing quotes
  • Liaising with customers on any questions and queries they have
  • Confirming installation dates with customers and engineers
  • Ordering required parts
  • Create accurate and detailed paperwork and invoices

As the Technical Co-ordinator, it is essential that you can work independently and take initiative as well as being able work as part of a team. You will thrive in dynamic environments, be a confident problem-solver, and possess a drive to innovate. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver high-quality work and show a strong sense of responsibility in completing their duties. Being able to succeed under pressure and in challenging situations is also required for this role. Having a technical understanding of Gas Boiler Installation is required, as well as in-depth knowledge of gas boiler installations, their components, and functionalities.
