A brand new role with one of the best and rapidly growing employers in the area. This is a Talent Acquisition role with everything! As well as the talent part of the role you will be involved with some key HR Project work, CIPD would be a great advantage:

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility, cresting job specs, liaising with recruiters, shortlisting, and attending interviews.
  • Supporting and advising line managers
  • Co-ordinating the onboarding process with the HR Administrator
  • Management of budget and recruitment partners
  • Developing pipelines, being creative, and driving new trends
  • Working with the HR Director to prepare talent strategies

what we’re looking for.

To be part of this amazing HR team we need:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in an HR generalist role or CIPD would be a bonus
  • Be organised, tech-savvy, and have a creative approach
  • Great attitude and the desire to deliver your best every day along with a team-spirited attitude to work
