In this exciting and newly formed position you will be working closely with the Head of Operations to manage the performance of the supply chain function as a whole.  The main functions of the role will be to:-

• Manage the flow of materials in line with planning strategies
• Lead and manage the optimisation of the MRP system
• Identify and source potential suppliers for all consumables, whilst of course developing and maintaining strong relationships with current suppliers
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans
• Forecast price and market trends

You will be joining an established team with so much product and market knowledge it will be easy to get in and make sense of things pretty quickly with their support.  The team and company are very excited about someone bringing new ideas and experiences into the business and the MRP project is certainly something on the agenda.

What we’re looking for:

We need strong supply chain experience for this role, ideally within FMCG.  You need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work cohesively in a team and enjoy implementing systems and managing multiple tasks and priorities.
