The company provides high-quality coffee machines to all sorts of businesses, from coffee shops, hotels, head office buildings, and anywhere you can imagine that gives their staff or customers a lovely cuppa when they visit!
These machines need an annual service to keep them in tip-top condition and your job is to call the customers a month or so before that service is due and book in an appropriate time for the engineer to visit and carry out the work. As I said before, Customer Service is at the forefront of this role, you will of course be mindful of engineers’ workloads and that customers will have times when it won’t be convenient for them to have their machine out of action, so the conversation is all about making an appointment that works for everyone.
The machines are pressurised, which means they have to be covered by safety regulations, so accurate logging of work, dealing with any issues that arise on an engineer’s visit, and issuing documents are important parts of the role. At the end of each day you will catch up with your customers and engineers to ensure all work is completed and any further requirements dealt with.

what we’re looking for.
You will need an excellent phone manner, with the ability to create relationships, take in information, record everything on the internal system, and put the customer experience and the front of everything you do. Good administration experience as well as top-notch organisation skills are a must. If you have been working in a busy customer-based admin role then this could be the role for you!
