This is a varied and interesting role helping to support a pro-active sales team to achieve their goals as well as to provide and professional and seamless service to your customers. The current sales team of three people are striving to grow business for the company therefore the main aim of this position is to take over responsibility for answering customer queries by telephone and email, dealing with day to day administration requirements including preparing quotations to send to customers as well as ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date and accurate. You will also manage the diary for one manager and arrange their appointments with clients to make the best use of time.
