What a varied and exciting role. An office-based sales support administrator working to support the sales team who are out on the road who will rely on you for everything they need to help look after existing customers and bring new ones into the fold.

Day to day you will be generating quotes, keeping the CRM system updated with new information and ensuring emails and contact details etc. are correct. Researching and sharing relevant information to the sales team and managing any new customer requests will also be part of your role. You will be a key support in the sales team and get involved with the team successes and help in any way you can from client liaison to marketing and everything in between.

what we’re looking for.

Organisation, attention to detail and forward thinking are all required for this role. You must have a solid administration background ideally based within a sales environment with excellent IT skills and the ability to nicely manage the multitude of work requests that may come your way each day. We do need experience for working with a CRM system and someone who can learn the product and service, offering (customs and trade services) if you have experience in this field already that would be fantastic! You will have the ability to put together complex sales documentation including tenders and collating rates.
You will really have to be a team player and forward thinker to enjoy this role and get the most from it. Communication will be a natural skill for you and you will enjoy being central in a team.
