Our client is expanding and are looking for a new consultants to join their vibrant recruitment team. This role is a key position within the Ipswich office and you will be joining an experienced and established team with a fantastic, loyal client base. This role is predominantly customer service, account management based with an element of business development and brand awareness.
The position will entail account management of existing customers with an element if business development to expand the client base.
You will be interviewing candidates, matching the right candidate skills set to the right job/client, working alongside clients in a consultative way and offering advice where needed. Sending CV’s and arranging interviews on a daily basis.

At least 2 years previous sales experience is essential for this role, the ability to create an easy rapport with our clients as well as job-seekers.
