the role.

High End, Luxury and Service are the key words here.  We are searching for a one-of-a-kind person who can take this role and grow with it.  You will be joining a very successful company who provide Luxury Kitchens, Dressing Rooms and Libraries etc. to a very discerning client base.  Rooms designed and made here in Suffolk with quality British Timber with full project management from enquiry to design and installation.

On the sales side, you will be responding to customer enquiries (which there are lots of) whilst also broadening the companies reach by making connections in the marketplace with clients themselves, designers, people who spec. for high end kitchens and people that will love your product.  There is a long list of past and current clients so it’s definitely not all cold prospecting, but we are always on the lookout for quality projects where we can be of assistance and where we can give the client that Luxury product and service they require.

The job of dreams, but you are in charge of sales, you need to turn these enquiries and your relationships into reality.  To do this you will be meeting with clients or their interior designers and architects offering advice on designs/layouts etc.  always keeping an open ear to the customers’ needs to make sure these are met.  It is a multifaceted role.  You need to be passionate about design and quality as well as having the ability to bring the sale in.

Marketing wise, you will have massive input into social media with Insta and Pinterest a definite goal for our client.  We need these amazing projects to be seen and to generate more leads.  You will have someone on hand to keep updating the website, but the social side would be down to you to have your camera at the ready to showcase what you do.  Ideas for blogs on trends and keeping your new kitchen tip top would be great, as well as letting people know about the craftmanship and care that goes into all you do.  Show the world, there’s nothing stopping you!

I could type for days about this……A small and growing business with a wonderful client base and amazing product.  They know you can’t do all this from day one and are looking at years of training to know about design, learn some CAD maybe.  But if you are comfortable meeting clients, working on socials and have a good sales background, that’s certainly something we can start with.

Passion, a good sales background and an eagerness to learn are what we need.  You have to have an interest in the product and be looking for a long-term career that has no upper limits.  Of course, you will be used to meeting clients face to face, be a good listener and provider of ideas/solutions and carry through on your promises to clients, no shortfalls, no one saying they haven’t heard from you.  Attention to detail and care about what you do is essential.
