 Are you passionate about numbers and negotiating with great administration skills? If so, we have a fantastic job opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator. Our client is widely known for being a well-established and family run company with excellent customer reviews. Key Duties will include:-

  • Managing the whole procurement category – consumables and equipment
  • Analysing demand and placing forecast orders with Suppliers
  • Working with Suppliers to improve product GP and exceed our cost savings targets
  • Taking lead on the introduction of new products in your category
  • Managing and updating set re-order points on the system
  • Managing back-order fulfilment as required

what we’re looking for.

We are seeking someone with previous experience within a similar industry etc office supply. You must have a high attention to detail and the ability to work within a team as well as using your own initiative. The Purchase Administrator will be a great multitasker and have brilliant verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge within Excel and CRM systems will be ideal.
