the role.

A temp role for a minimum of 2-3 months in central Ipswich.  Working for a long established and well regarding logistics provider you will assist in the finance team within Purchase Ledger.  The main daily tasks will be: –

  • Maintaining Purchase Ledger ensuring invoices are authorised and coded currently
  • Producing remittance advices
  • Reconciling account balances to supplier statements
  • Liaise with suppliers / co-workers regarding any queries
  • Enter payments onto banking system
  • Scanning invoices to the in-house system
