A rare opportunity has come on our books, working for one of our fantastic clients who are incredibly well known and respected within the Food Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Production Team Leader to supervise all production operators, supporting them where needed and managing their performance, discipline, and appraisal. You’ll oversee all machine record keeping, maintenance checks, adjustments, locking up and shutting down for the night. Due to their glowing reputation it’s crucial to always support the Quality Department to facilitate and uphold the companies HACCP and Quality systems.

**The Production Team are on set shifts of either 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm and we are looking for two Team Leaders, one for each shift**

what we’re looking for.

They are looking for someone with leadership and communication skills while being self-motivated. You’ll need to be responsible and mechanically minded due to the high number of machineries, so it is essential to understand how the machines work, are maintained and repaired.
