They’re looking for a supervisor to plan, manage, and monitor the shifts, performance and development of the production team. Carry out end of line QC inspections, operate multiple extrusion lines, raw material and component processing tasks, including SAP ERP system use, to ensure production deadlines are met.

what we’re looking for.

Ideally, you’ll have attained an apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent in relevant discipline along with 4+ years working in a Production environment. Have good knowledge of production machinery, equipment or similar is essential as well as a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and techniques. We need someone that’s confident with MRP systems such as SAP and the ability to analyse and resolve technical problems at root cause.
