Are you a passionate HR professional who truly cares about your company and your employees? If so, we are looking for a People and Culture Manager to work within a world leading research based tech company in Cambridge who really at the forefront of some amazing innovations. In this role you will be pivotal to the success and growth of the business by enabling team member to deliver their best work in the best environment. You will be part of the leadership team here, owning the people delivery plan and ensuring HR work is brilliantly delivered. You will work on some transformational projects as well as delivering all operational HR including people management, talent acquisition, onboarding, ER and general policy work as well as projects to improve employee engagement and leading on employer brand. why you should apply.
