The HR Administrator will be responsible for producing contracts of employment, the on boarding of new starters ensuring all paperwork is complete, the process of background checks, maintaining holiday/ sickness records. The role involves assisting with the training and induction courses, ensuring all records are accurate & up to date for all employees including training certificates. As the HR Administrator, you will be required to support with minute taking in key meetings.
