Polkadotfrog have an awesome opportunity for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join our award winning, well known, and reputable client who are based on the outskirts of Ipswich. You will work closely with 2 senior Finance professionals supporting the day-to-day operations. The Part Time Finance Assistant will work 20 – 25 per week.

– Create, send, and follow up invoices
– Approval and reconciliation of PO’s
– Deal with invoice queries
– Accounts payable and receivable
– Support with monthly management Accounts
– Monthly payroll

what we’re looking for.

Together, we are looking for someone who has proven experience in a similar role as a Finance Assistant/Administrator or Bookkeeper. You will be a proactive, self-motivated, and professional individual with the willingness to learn and succeed. Excellent IT skills, including Excel is essential.
