The Finance Assistant will be responsible for maintenance of Purchase and Sales Ledgers, agreeing invoices, investigating queries and monthly reconciliations including allocating customer receipts. Other tasks will involve invoicing, issuing credit notes, preforming credit control and debt chasing. You will be processing staff expense claims and credit card statements.

We really want stability in this role. We are looking for two new people to split this job so you can provide cover for each other and be a really reliable and stable team. You should have a good finance background including all the usual sales and purchase ledger, credit control etc. It’s a really lovely flexible and varied position.
