the role.

Polkadotfrog are working with a fantastic charity on the outskirts of Ipswich. Together, we are seeking a Part Time Finance Administrator to join their team.

You will be apart of a fantastic Finance team who you will work alongside within a varied role supporting and assisting one another. The Part Time Finance Administrator will work 30 hours per week with the salary pro rata.

• Assisting and processing account queries
• Credit Control support, including preparing weekly debtor reports
• Facilitating rental payments to landlords and dealing with any changes to tenancy administration
• General Sales and Purchase ledger in Sage Accounts
• General Finance administration

what we’re looking for.

The Part Time Finance Administrator will have vast administration experience with a general understanding within Finance. You will have excellent IT skills including knowledge using the full Microsoft Package. You will have a proactive, can-do and motivated mindset, and eagerness to get involved with a varied list of duties.
