A wonderful and varied administration role working for a small, successful company based in Granta Park, Cambridge. You will be part of an administration team of 3 and your role in the team will be to handle all administration needs of the company which are required for customers and suppliers. General day to day duties will include responding to sales enquiries and generating quotes as well as checking incoming purchase orders, and processing these through to generating transport documentation and invoicing. You will also be on hand to support field-based staff, booking travel and accommodation when needed as well as processing expenses. Other responsibilities will be of course answering the phone and assisting customers and internal staff, maintaining the CRM and client files and managing/ordering for general office supplies such as stationery, kitchen supplies etc. There is lots involved in this role with some occasional project work too.
