Did someone say A list client base????? Yes, that is right!  How exciting to be issuing visas and immigration documents to the likes of Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Sir Elton John, Dua Lipa and many others. Our client works predominantly within the entertainment industry, mostly with musicians and tour managers but also in fashion, TV, Film, and theatre. This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Office Administrator to join a highly reputable organisation offering flexible working hours 3 days a week, Tuesday, Friday, and flexibility on the 3^rd day. They are willing to also consider full time hours for the right candidate. Key duties will include:

•          Printing and posting documents.
•          Answering the telephone and logging enquiries.
•          Checking and completing forms and other documentation.
•          Processing and logging incoming post.
•          Arranging couriers and taking documents to the post office.
•          Ensuring office equipment is stocked up.
•          Collecting data using Excel.
•          Scheduling appointments and diary management for the director.
