Polkadotfrog are delighted to be working with a well-known, Stamford based organisation who are looking to add a Telesales Executive to their well-established Sales team.
Experience is not necessary, but would be preferred – full training will be provided, but to be considered for the role you must be customer centric, with previous experience of supporting a customer journey.
This role will come with financial and call KPI targets which you will be measured against, so this must be an area you will be comfortable with and thrive within.
Main duties include:
- Meeting and striving to exceed agreed revenues and yields, including call rates and revenue targets
- Growing and maintaining a customer base
- Ongoing learning of product and industry to ensure further growth and expertise
- Ad hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and looking to develop a career within sales
- Full IT literacy with MS Office products
- Personable nature
- Progressive attitude – always looking for ways to improve and develop
