We have partnered with a well-established and prestigious law firm in the Diss area. Together, we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Wills and Probate department.
As the Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers/legal executives or other fee earners within the firm.
- Typing up Legal documents, including e-mails, transcribing audio dictation and other like documents
- Diary management, making appointments with clients.
- Preparing relevant forms and archiving files when necessary
- Answering telephone, keeping record on internal systems
- Filing both paper and electronic documents

Although the Legal Secretary will be supporting the Wills and Probate department, Wills and Probate experience is not essential as our client is happy to provide training. However, you will have a background within the Legal Industry as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator. Great communication skills are a must and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
