the role.

Polkadotfrog is excited to partner with a thriving organisation in Norwich! We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team and work with them on a full-time, permanent basis. With this opportunity, you’ll get to work alongside an experienced team of sales professionals and be part of a growing local business.

  • Manage inbound customer queries both over the phone and via email.
  • Produce product quotations for customers and follow up on outstanding customer quotations when needed.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and continuously manage the account whilst identifying any potential areas of growth.
  • Liaise with suppliers/3rd parties daily.
  • Updating the CRM system and managing the stock systems

This position is Monday to Friday, based in the office.

what we’re looking for.

  • Previous experience working within the Electrical/automation/technical sector is beneficial.
  • Brilliant customer service along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to collaborate with a team as well as working as an individual.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
