Do you have experience in recruitment and supporting managers in HR processes? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join a fun small team based in Suffolk. As the HR Officer you will be providing HR services to over 500 staff. The company is focussed on developing and building relationships and delivering an excellent quality of care to their 130,000 patients.

what we’re looking for.

As the HR Officer you will have strong IT and communication skills. The ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

You will have experience in:

  • Processing monthly payrolls.
  • Providing support to managers in relation to sickness absence
  • Disciplinary. grievance, capability and other HR procedures as required.
  • Managing the whole recruitment process and processing DBS checks.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same and we are looking for someone who likes to be hands on.
