This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of HR manager and join a company that is focused on growth, for 18-month maternity cover.  Your role as HR Manager will be to advise and develop the smooth running of the company with the managers and oversee the HR assistant with recruitment processes.  The HR Manager has the overall responsibility for internal HR systems, policies, procedures, documentation reviewing and updating in line with legislation.  You will need to be able to establish efficient channels of communication to ensure core policies are in place and maintained.

what we’re looking for.

The HR Manager will have good knowledge of the UK employment law, an eye for detail, excellent communication, and Microsoft skills. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, with a positive attitude, has previous HR Manager experience and is CIPD qualified or equivalent.
