the role:

The Payroll Specialist will effectively manage the companies time and attendance system along with payroll. You will be supporting multiple monthly payrolls and discussing pay variances with managers. Ensuring that new starters and changes to colleague details are updated within payroll deadlines. Support the payroll team by being first in line dealing with basic pay queries and assist with monthly pension processes. Liaising with third parties as necessary such as HMRC, court orders etc

what we’re looking for:

The Payroll Specialist will have experience of payroll processing. Working from home 3 days and 2 days office based. You will need excellent computer literacy skills including the ability to learn new systems. The role requires someone who is highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
