home & office based service administrator

The Role:

Within the role of Service Co-ordinator you will be part of a team of three, co-ordinating the twenty-eight Field Service teams daily activities, tasks such as installations, relocations, preventative & corrective maintenance. As a Service Co-ordinator you will be liaising with customers & other internal departments. You will be responsible for the management of calendars, iBase data information etc. Creating & following up on quotations that are open or unresolved.

The Service Co-ordinator is an ambassador for the company, placing the highest priority on meeting customer needs, meeting overall service performance targets. If you are self-motivated, highly organised with attention to detail, are able to collaborate & build good internal relationships and you have a positive & supportive approach to ensuring the completion of tasks then the role of Service Co-ordinator is for you!  You will be efficient in the use of CRM & other system tools. The role requires good written & verbal communication.
