The Role:

The Sales Administration Support role needs a highly customer focused and organised person to respond to customer requests quickly and efficiently. As Sales Administration Support you will be dealing with enquiries, liaising with customers and area managers on a daily basis.  The role will involve processing credits and sales returns through the in house system. You will also be responsible for processing orders to factories and third party suppliers ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers. As Sales Administration Support duties will also include maintaining e-mail boxes, updating customer details and other general admin tasks.

What we’re looking for:

For this role we need a keen eye with attention to detail, flexible attitude and self-motivation. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a pressurised environment while adhering to deadlines. To be able to assist colleagues, helping out where ever required and be able and willing to learn new skills to support the customer journey. You will have to have experience with working with CRM’s and other systems.
