We are looking for an enthusiastic driven Freight and Logistics Assistant to join a reputable company in Woodbridge who have been experiencing continued growth and are now expanding. The Freight and Logistics Administrator will be responsible for general administration duties such as answering calls, taking & forwarding messages, maintaining files, monitoring emails for sorting and distributing to the relevant department, shipping operations and pricing.

The ideal Freight and Logistics Assistant will have excellent communication skills and a hunger to learn all about the shipping operations. Previous experience in the industry is not necessary as all training will be given on the job however basic IT skills and a great telephone manner is a must. This role would suit a junior level administrator looking for an industry where they can grow and develop, the salary bracket reflects that if you have a wealth of experience to offer then the company would equally appreciate your current skills while increasing your skillset with further training.
