The Role:

The E-Commerce Commercial Manager will be working closely with the e-marketing to oversee and manage the ambitious growth of the on-line market. The key responsibilities will be to manage the relationship between external developers, technical and analytical support.  You need to be able to co-ordinate operations between marketing and logistics to deliver product or execute marketing strategies. You will work with the website to develop a competitive and profitable pricing system, monitoring the site to identify any flags in product sales to ensure the Warehouse Manager has the appropriate product mix and minimises stock outs.

What we’re looking for:

The role of E-Commerce Commercial Manager requires previous experience in delivering an e-commerce business. Experience in optimising website performance and driving business growth is essential. You will have strong relationship building skills, especially in customer service as you will be the first point of contact answering queries and solving problems for the customers as they arise.  A willingness to develop a good product knowledge across food, beverage and personal care sectors in order to provide the most appropriate advice and solutions. Attention to detail is a must with highly literate & numerate skills.
