Would you like to join a dynamic, global company, based in North West Cambridge? You will be part of ten Customer Service Executives, where you will act as the first point of contact for French speaking customers.
The Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
- Customer service and communication – dealing with complaints, escalating or troubleshooting where appropriate and gaining feedback
- Correspondence via email, telephone or letter
- Business operations support
- General administration duties
