If looking after VIP customers is where you belong…….then look no further than this fantastic vacancy.  Our client is based in modern offices right on the edge of Felixstowe and have an attractive new opportunity to become part of their Customer Service team looking after relationships with their key clients.  Due to growth, they are looking for that special person to take care of their key customers in a very proactive way.

what we’re looking for.

Customer Service excellence of course, that goes without saying.  You will be someone who is proactive and who takes responsibility for their work.  You must have experience of managing customer orders, experience of transport bookings, in particular export documentation would be a bonus in this role.  Of course the normal IT and communication skills are a pre-requisite.
