Following up with candidates who register on the website
Updating customer information
Responding to new and existing customer queries via telephone, demonstrating exemplary customer care
Explain to customers how to calculate their gas charges
Using CRM system to update customer records and adjust direct debits or issue refunds
Account management skills to include some credit control
Speaking to new home owners regarding the change of meter ownership

What we’re looking for:
GCSE in Maths C or above or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the energy sector
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively
Articulate, flexible and pragmatic approach
Able to use own initiative and manage own workload
Competent using Word and Excel and in-house systems
Professional telephone manner
