This position is all about communication, a great opportunity to join the Scheduling team as the Scheduling Administrator at the companies’ head office just outside Bury St Edmunds where you will be scheduling the diary of work for the Engineers. Liaising with customers and tenants to book the engineers appointments, keeping accurate records on the system and general admin such as generating letters, photocopying and filing will keep this role varied.

what we’re looking for.
The Scheduling Administrator you will need to be polite yet able to be assertive with a high standard of written and verbal skills. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is a great team player but can work well alone using their own initiative. Flexibility to take on other tasks that are required or to prioritise a changing work schedule while being mindful of time management. Experience of software packages such as Microsoft is essential.
