Working for this well-known and well-loved Charity as the Corporate Relationship Co-ordinator, you will manage new and existing relationships with corporate partners who wish to be involved with the Charities work and who are interested in workplace wellbeing. You will be creating proposals to establish relationships and increase funds coming into the Charity. Making customers aware of services which will include training, corporate funding and signposting.
The Corporate Relationship Co-ordinator will manage the volunteers that work alongside the corporate team, deputising for the Corporate Relationship Manager when necessary. The role includes meeting customer requirements, suggesting the appropriate products and services to encourage repeat engagement. You will work with various teams to evaluate and improve the services on offer. You will be responsible for keeping accurate records updating the companies CRM, input into the yearly budget with the Corporate Relationship Manager, complete and check invoices are sent and received in a timely manner, while being constantly mindful of data protection whilst always following company policies and procedures.

what we’re looking for.
The Corporate Relationship Co-ordinator will need to have 3 years’ experience in a commercial environment, have self-motivation with a can-do attitude, be well organised, remain calm, professional, discreet and able to respect confidentiality. The role requires someone who has an interest in mental health, has the confidence to communicate with the team and network to keep clients happy. As for most roles you will need to be Microsoft proficient have excellent numeracy and data analysis skills along with being an analytical and creative thinker.
