the role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to be part of a market leading heating and hot water specialist company with over 35 years of successful delivery and a growing client base. As the Contract Administrator you will ensure that all information is communicated to the appropriate parties for all planned/ allocated work to be distributed on time while meeting the standards set by the company and client.


  • Booking Engineer appointments with tenants, by letter, email, and telephone.
  • Re-arranging incomplete jobs.
  • Plan and communicate the day-to-day work for the engineer team.
  • Ensure databases are constantly kept updated including resolving conflicting calendar appointments.
  • Creating purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Resolving invoice queries.
  • Monitor jobs with outstanding, liaising with suppliers and supervisors for updates.

what we’re looking for.

The Contract Administrator will need to be a self-motivated individual, looking to develop and progress within the company. A high level of customer service is required and a friendly, professional attitude to encourage good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role.  Be proficient with Microsoft packages, IT systems, databases and possess strong organisational skills.
