the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of a expanding team as a Commercial Fitter / Mechanic for a large growing business. The company services a range of new and used commercial vehicles including electrical vehicles giving you a chance to fully embrace the future changes of the motor industry. Wheelchair vehicles and those with disability conversions are also worked on here so the work will be varied. Although you will be based at the Ipswich site you will occasionally be asked to cover the site in Colchester. Duties will include PDI’s, warranty work including engine strip downs and rebuilds, servicing, general repairs along with assisting in quotations for internal & external customers.

what we’re looking for.

You will need suitable mechanical qualifications and a proven background in working with light commercial vehicle. The company are looking for a team player with a flexible approach. Experience with Maxus, EV’s or WAV not essential but would be beneficial.
