TITLE: Collections Administrator

BUSINESS FUNCTION: Mortgage Team

LOCATION: Ipswich

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9-5

SALARY: £18,000 DOE

Because of the nature of the role we are ideally looking for a candidate with previous credit management/control/administration experience in a similar environment.

 

What your work environment will be like

What you’ll be doing

Calling customers who have outstanding mortgage payments, showing understanding and empathy to customer’s situations, drafting and arranging payment plans to ensure balances are paid.

Being proactive and positive maximising collections.

To provide reporting of any areas of concern.

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills. The ability to listen and rationalise situations.

IT literate.

Flexible and adaptable approach.

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
