the role.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a business development manager to join a multi-award-winning software company based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

As a business development manager within this lovely small team, you will be contacting accountancy firms and other prospective customers and explaining the huge cost and timesaving benefits of their software.  You will be encouraging interested parties to take part in an online product demo and from there running a free trial to secure a commitment.

The role also entails responding to incoming leads efficiently and managing the sales cycle including management of the CRM system.

what we’re looking for.

As the business development manager, you will have experience of B2B sales and be target driven and a confident communicator as this role is mainly phone based. You will represent the company and exhibitions and events. You will be highly organised, pro-active, and self-motivated. Experience with SaaS platforms or software sales is highly desirable but if you have an interest and an aptitude to learn then please do get in touch as full product training will be given
