We are recruiting for our client based in their busy Bury St Edmunds office, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue growth in a high performance sales function.
The primary purpose of this role is to identify, qualify and close new business. You’ll be calling firms and establishing their product needs and managing the sales cycle through to completion.
The role will include leading, training and motivating a sales team.

Respond to new leads quickly and professionally
Regular outbound calls to targeted prospects
Build a strong pipeline, manage the sales cycle and close new business
Manage prospect data within the system and report sales progress
Take responsibility for achieving sales goals
Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to achieve business goals
Management of the sales team ensuring KPI’s and targets are met
What we’re looking for
Experience selling B2B
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and focused on meeting targets and exceeding goals
Previous Managerial experience within a sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with a customer over the phone
Outstanding communicator, both verbally and written
Strong systems, processes and CRM focus
