the role.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an eager and energetic sales professional to manage the Midlands Region of this International, fast-growing UK circuit protection company.  You will be looking after customers based within the East Midlands, West Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Gloucester and Wolverhampton areas. With circa 30 Area Sales Managers covering the country and you will report directly into the Regional Director.

You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding services for wholesale customers by:

  • Building strong relationships with Wholesale Branch Managers, Buyers, and Trade Counters.
  • Following monthly call plans to visit all your customers regularly.
  • Identifying upcoming project opportunities.
  • Assisting wholesalers in promoting your products to their customers through training and product advice.
  • Collaborating closely with local contractors to enhance brand perception.

You will be completing monthly reporting and presenting to your peers at a monthly divisional sales meeting, sharing customer developments, new initiatives, and ideas.

what we’re looking for.

You need to have a stable background in a sales or account management role, our clients need to see longevity in your career to date.  If you work within the circuit protection or technical industries, this would be fantastic, but all backgrounds will be considered.  You need to be self-motivated, professional, enquiring, and able to start and maintain good working relationships.  Customer Service is essential here, responding to enquiries, information requests etc. quickly and professionally, assisting customers with any technical assistance they need.  Let’s talk in the first instance!
