  • Dealing with customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that you deal with the issue as efficiently as possible
  • Updating the Company Incident Log in conjunction with the Operational team.
  • Arranging and diary management for the engineer team, meet the criteria with all relevant paperwork and completed relevant training to their role before they start working as a company employee.
  • Ensuring that training is kept up to date throughout the course of their employment with the company.
  • Collate Health and Safety information training on the online training system, maintaining accurate data records for use by the Management Team.
  • Updating the internal and external data systems with accurate information in a timely manner
