This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a busy Quality Department as an administration assistant with the view to learning the business and progressing in your career with them going forward. You will be working along side the Quality Co-ordinator and assist with the creation of purchase orders and delivery notes, gathering and despatching sample products to customers and other general administration work. You will learn how to use the companies internal systems as well as receiving training on Sage. You will also be speaking to customers and handling any enquiries by phone or email and assist in providing reports to management and other departments.
